Sponsorship Regulations
Article 1: Organizing company
The sponsorship operation is organized by the company CHLORE registered under SIRET number: 84068332000021

The company We Love Customers SAS, located at 4B rue du Bignon, 35000 Rennes, registered with the RCS of RENNES under number 820 816 494, manages the technical part of the operation.
Article 2: Conditions of participation
The sponsorship operation is reserved exclusively for customers of the CHLORE company.
Article 3: Sponsorship conditions
A sponsorship is valid if the godchild is a new customer of the CHLORE company and makes a purchase of a minimum amount of €100, within 365 days of receiving the invitation from their sponsor.
Article 4: Offers and rewards
The godchild benefits from a reduction of €20 on his first order of a minimum amount of €100. This offer cannot be combined with other promotions and is reserved for any new customer making his first purchase via sponsorship.
The sponsor receives a reward of €20 in the form of a voucher for each validated sponsorship. Sponsorship rewards can be combined with each other, allowing you to take full advantage of your benefits.
Rewards will be sent within 4 to 8 weeks, subject to validation of the referral's order and the absence of withdrawal.
Article 5: Fraud, spam and exclusions
Any fraud or attempted fraud will be prosecuted in accordance with the provisions of Articles 313-1 et seq. of the Penal Code.
The sponsor is solely responsible for the contact details he/she transmits to the CHLORE company and must ensure that his/her referrals have consented to receive invitations.

Article 6: Personal data
In accordance with the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, each participant has the right to access, rectify and delete data concerning them. These requests must be addressed to CHLORE.
Article 7: Applicable law and disputes
These regulations are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the competent court will be that of Montauban.
Participants unconditionally accept the entirety of the regulations by participating in the sponsorship operation.
Article 8: Attribution
These regulations are based on the model provided under the Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 France License by We Love Customers SAS.
