What is your return policy ?
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to return an item. The products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Are returns free of charge ?
No, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
How does the refund process work ?
Once your return is received and approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

How do I return an item ?
To return an item, use our return platform by entering your order number and postal code. Alternatively, you can send your package to the following address:

Can I exchange an item ?
No, exchanges are unfortunately not possible for international orders. You will need to place a new order.
